# Areen Visions

## What we do

- **The site** — a brokerage website on your own domain: listings, agents, areas, DLD permit number and Madmoun QR on every listing (automatically), Arabic and English, under one second on a phone, live in ten working days. The client owns every line of it.
- **The line** — a WhatsApp number that answers the moment a buyer writes (availability, price, viewing slots, payment plan) from the brokerage's listings only, books viewings into agent calendars, hands over to a human when needed, and never invents a price, an availability or a date.
- **Kept running** — edits within 24 hours, listings synced, a monthly report with four numbers (visits, enquiries, median reply time, viewings booked). Cancel any time after month three.

## Built before you pay

Send an Instagram handle or URL. Within two working days the brokerage receives its homepage and one listing page rebuilt on a private link, with two measured facts: current site load time and 9 pm WhatsApp reply time. Five a week. ## The standard (published; waived when missed)

- Automated reply under 90 seconds, any hour
- Human reply under 5 minutes, 9–6 GST
- Site load under 1 second on 4G
- Edits within 24 hours · 99.9% uptime
- Written terms the same day as a yes
- If the reply standard is missed in a month, that month's line fee is waived, measured from logs the client can read.
- If the build does not meet the load and ownership standard at sign-off, the client does not pay the balance.

## Prices (AED, exclusive of 5% VAT, fixed)

- Site: AED 18,000 — live in 10 working days
- Site + Line: AED 27,000 — live in 15 working days
- Page: AED 9,000 — live in 5 working days
- Keep it running: Site AED 2,500/month · Site + Line AED 4,000/month · month-to-month after three months · annual −15%
- Half on start, half at sign-off. Client owns code, content and domain at final payment.
