Three steps. No long contracts.

Most agencies sell you a retainer and work out the scope later. We do it the other way round: a week to find out what's actually broken, a fixed price to fix it, then a monthly fee you can stop.

01

Audit — one week.

What happens
We sit with the people doing the work, follow three or four of your real processes end to end, count what they cost in hours and mistakes, and test your own response times from the outside like a customer would.
What we need
A week of access to how the work actually happens, and permission to message your own enquiry lines.
What you get
A short document — the gaps, measured, in order of what they cost you; what we'd build; what we wouldn't; and a fixed price for the build.
Cost
Fixed, credited in full against the build if you go ahead.
02

Build — two weeks.

What happens
We build the agents and automations into your systems, not alongside them. Everything runs in shadow first — drafting, not sending — until you've seen it be right.
What we need
Access to the systems it touches, and one person who can approve.
What you get
It live, the standard met, and the code and accounts in your name.
Cost
Fixed, written before we start. Half on start, half at sign-off.
03

Operate — monthly.

What happens
We run it, watch it, tune it as your business changes, and send one report a month with the numbers that matter.
What we need
Nothing new. One person who reads the report.
What you get
Edits within twenty-four hours, the reply standard held or the fee waived.
Cost
Monthly. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time.

Nothing is built before the deposit. Nothing is charged before the work.
