Terms.

These are the terms on which Areen Visions works with you. Every engagement also gets its own written terms — one page, sent the same day you say yes — and where the two differ, the written terms for your engagement win.

Prices are in UAE dirhams, exclusive of 5% VAT, fixed, and written before we start. If something isn't on the pricing page or in your written terms, we aren't selling it.

Half on start, half at sign-off. The audit fee is paid up front and credited in full against the build if you go ahead within ninety days. Operate is billed monthly in advance, three-month minimum, then cancel any time with thirty days' notice. Nothing is built before the deposit. Nothing is charged before the work.

What we publish at /standard applies to every engagement. If what we deliver doesn't meet the standard at sign-off, you don't pay the balance. In any month the automated reply standard is missed, that month's operate fee is waived, measured from logs you can read.

At final payment you own the code, the content and the accounts we created for you. Until then they are ours. We keep no right to reuse your material, and we never publish your work without written permission.

You give us access to the systems the work touches, one person who can approve, and truthful information for the agents to answer from. The agents answer from your approved information only; you are responsible for that information being right and lawful, including permit numbers and prices.

We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
